bt8 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with bt8

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bt8 platform — including the website, mobile-optimised interface, games lobby, sportsbook, and all associated services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and bt8. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

These terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other persons who interact with the bt8 platform in any capacity. They cover your use of the website, all games and betting markets, all financial transactions including deposits and withdrawals, all bonus and promotional offers, and all communications between you and bt8.

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions, that you meet the eligibility requirements set out herein, and that you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the bt8 Privacy Policy.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active bt8 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporate or institutional entity.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bt8 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other restriction that prohibits you from accessing gambling services.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• The funds you use to deposit and wager on bt8 are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of criminal activity.

bt8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Accepted documents include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladeshi passport, or a valid driver's licence with photograph. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe requested by bt8 will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

If bt8 discovers that a player is under the age of 18, that player's account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment source minus any amounts already wagered. bt8 does not profit from underage gambling and treats such cases with the utmost seriousness.

To access the full range of bt8 services, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a Bangladeshi mobile number.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate and truthful. bt8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to have been registered with false, misleading, or unverifiable information.

One Account Per Player: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one bt8 account. bt8 monitors registration patterns to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are found to be registered to the same individual — identified by shared name, address, mobile number, device ID, IP address, or payment method — all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bt8 login credentials, including your username and password. bt8 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication. You must notify bt8 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: bt8 operates a KYC verification programme. Players may be required to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal or when their cumulative deposit or withdrawal volumes reach certain thresholds. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership.

bt8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time and to request additional documentation beyond the standard KYC requirements if it deems this necessary for compliance or security purposes.

bt8 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically chosen for the Bangladeshi market. All financial transactions on the bt8 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in Bangladeshi Taka.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — minimum deposit ৳200, credited instantly.
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — minimum deposit ৳2,000, processing time one to three hours.
• International Cards: Visa and Mastercard — subject to issuing bank approval; processing times and fees may vary.

Deposit Restrictions: bt8 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The name on your payment method must match the name registered on your bt8 account. bt8 reserves the right to return deposits received from unverified or mismatched sources and to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the bt8 finance team. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one Bangladeshi business day. bt8 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Amounts: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet withdrawals and ৳2,000 for bank transfers. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are set by bt8 and may be adjusted from time to time. Players who have received bonus funds may be subject to additional withdrawal conditions as set out in the Bonuses & Promotions section below.

bt8 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source of funds checks, or investigation into suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity on the account in question.

bt8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. The terms below represent the general conditions that apply to all bt8 bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed all required verification steps.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the offer explicitly states that repeat claims are permitted.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your bt8 account. Winnings generated from bonus funds are credited as bonus balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been converted to real money by the end of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sportsbook wagers may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates for each game category are published on the relevant promotion page.
• bt8 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, particularly where evidence of bonus abuse, irregular play patterns, or breach of these terms is detected.

Welcome Bonus: New players who register a bt8 account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus as advertised at the time of registration. Seasonal Promotions: bt8 runs seasonal promotions tied to major Bangladeshi and international sporting and cultural events, including the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions. These promotions have individual terms and are valid for stated periods only.

All bets placed on the bt8 sportsbook and all wagers placed on casino games are subject to the specific game or market rules published within the bt8 platform. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on bt8.

Sportsbook Rules:

• All sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. bt8 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
• In-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during significant match events (wickets, goals, red cards, video review decisions). Any bets accepted during a market suspension may be voided at bt8's discretion.
• Cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — is governed by the official rules of the relevant tournament organiser. bt8 follows ICC rules for match and innings completion requirements.
• In the event of an abandoned, postponed, or forfeited match, bt8's settlement rules as published in the sportsbook help section shall apply. Generally, matches abandoned before the completion of a minimum stated percentage of play will result in bets being voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement.

Casino and Instant Games Rules:

• All casino game results are determined by independently certified RNG software. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game's information panel.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or crash game round, the outcome of any in-progress round will be determined by the game server result, which takes precedence over the player's local display.
• Any malfunction of a game — including software errors, display glitches, or server faults — voids all plays and associated bets for the affected round. Stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• bt8 reserves the right to suspend access to any individual game title at any time for maintenance, provider updates, or compliance reasons.

Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market. bt8 reserves the right to apply individual player bet limits where unusual wagering patterns are detected, pending investigation.

bt8 is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Match Fixing and Corruption: Placing bets on events where you have prior knowledge of a predetermined outcome, or participating in any scheme to influence the outcome of any sporting event, is strictly forbidden and may constitute a criminal offence.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game — including but not limited to card games, live dealer tables, and poker variants — is prohibited.
• Automated Software: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the bt8 platform is strictly forbidden. bt8 employs detection systems to identify non-human account activity.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits, providing false payment details, or engaging in any form of payment fraud will result in immediate permanent account closure and recovery of any amounts withdrawn fraudulently.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: If you become aware of an error, bug, or exploit in the bt8 platform or any game that results in an advantage not intended by the game's design, you are obligated to report it to bt8 immediately. Any winnings gained through the exploitation of a known error will be voided.
• Multiple Account Abuse: Registering more than one bt8 account for any reason — including circumventing a suspension, claiming multiple welcome bonuses, or bypassing deposit limits — constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
• Money Laundering: Using the bt8 platform to launder money or process the proceeds of criminal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant law enforcement and financial authorities.

bt8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the wellbeing of other players.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Placement of bets in a manner that bt8 reasonably suspects to be linked to match fixing or insider information.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at bt8 staff or other players.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request through the responsible gaming tools.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month after a 90-day prior notice period, applicable against the remaining real-money balance.

Voluntary Account Closure: Players who wish to close their bt8 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining after the settlement of pending bets and deduction of any applicable bonus clawbacks will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five business days.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from bt8 for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or a permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked, no deposits will be accepted, and all marketing communications will be suspended. Effect of Closure on Bonuses: Upon account closure — whether initiated by bt8 or the player — all unused bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances are not affected by bonus forfeiture.

Limitation of Liability: bt8's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time of any dispute. bt8 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profits, arising from your use of the platform. bt8 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for losses caused by technical downtime, maintenance, or third-party service interruptions.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of the bt8 platform that cannot be resolved by the bt8 customer support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. bt8 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

Amendments: bt8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bt8 will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered players via their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
